"22,000 cameras are used by the city of Chicago to protect their citizens"
Watch Dogs is a new game coming out for Playstation, XBox and PC early next year. The game is based on the idea that a citywide operating system that is so interconnected at an online data level can be hacked into allowing a person to find out personal information about another person, switch traffic lights off, re-route underground trains or even steal money from someones bank account.
